His compassion as well as his years of expertise in both pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care allow him to guide patients through the vision correction process from start to finish.
Victoria Wiltshire, MBA, R.N.
VP and Chief Operating Officer
Victoria Wiltshire received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. After graduating Cum Laude as a Registered Nurse, she began her career at Broward General Medical Center in the level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Victoria has over 15 years of experience in operating room and surgical recovery, and several years of experience as an office manager in the fields of Ophthalmology, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. She is a Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Florida International University. As VP and Chief Operating Officer for SightTrust Eye Institute, Victoria’s goal is to ensure that each patient has a unique, relaxing and wonderful surgical experience, while maintaining the utmost in patient care and safety.
Mirella Grinie
Surgical Coordinator
Mirella Grinie is a LenSx-Certified Technician and Surgical Coordinator who has been working in the eye care industry for many years. She received her Bachelor degree in Education from Coastal North Carolina University. Mirella’s primary goal is to ensure that patients receive the best care possible throughout their entire experience at SightTrust.

Office Manager
Ashley Manohar graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Biology from Nova Southeastern University. Ashley is certified as a LenSx Technician and continued to broaden her skill set by training as an Ophthalmic Surgical Technician, enabling her to assist Dr. Shatz in every aspect of cataract surgery. Ashley prides herself in treating all of our patients as though they are family, providing exceptional care to everyone who enters our office.
Erica McKeon
Professional Relations Liaison
Erica McKeon has been part of the SightTrust team since its inception. She is the Professional Relations Liaison and the main point of contact for our extensive network of referring doctors. Erica brings with her a five-year background as an award-winning pharmaceutical representative at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, which she relies on in order to ensure that both our patients and their doctors having nothing but the best experience!
Matilde Fidler
Physician Relations Liaison
Matilde Fidler is a Physician Relations Liaison for the SightTrust team, bringing with her over 10 years of sales experience in the eye care field. She works with our optometric partners in Dade & Broward counties to ensure their patients are being treated with the highest level of care, and providing a seamless referral process. Matilde holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees, and has dedicated her career to building strong relationships with eye care professionals.

Alexis Loulis has years of hands-on experience as both a clinical and surgical ophthalmology technician. Alexis has specialized training as an ophthalmic surgical technician, and works tirelessly to ensure that every patient has the best experience possible at SightTrust!
Liliette (Lili) Rangel
Ophthalmic Technician
Liliette is an ophthalmic technician with many years of experience in both the eye care and aesthetics industries. As a LenSx-Certified Technician, Lili assists during laser lens and cataract surgeries at SightTrust. Whether she is working up patients during evaluations, preparing them for their procedures, or treating dry eyes with the Envision Dry Eye system, Lili always has a smile on her face and a comforting personality.
Anays (Annie) Socorro
Ophthalmic Technician
Anays Socorro has always been fascinated by the field of eye care and fell in love with Ophthalmology. She graduated with Medical Assistant Diploma from MCI Institute of Technology and has been working for the last 8 years as an Ophthalmic Surgical technician. Anays loves taking care of patients and has a knack for making people feel welcome and happy to be at SightTrust.
